ABOUT ME
Hi—I’m Jeff Goding. I help accomplished leaders build sustainable high performance—exceptional results without the burnout that typically comes with them.
Background
For over 30 years, I've worked at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership development. As Managing Director and CEO of the firm that originated business process reengineering and business process management—concepts now used by organizations worldwide—I helped leaders at companies like Shell, Samsung, Cargill, Caterpillar, Fidelity Investments, and Siemens create billions in measurable business breakthrough results.
But I also witnessed something troubling: despite their professional success, too many of these high-achieving leaders were burning out. They had mastered organizational systems but lacked the personal leadership systems needed for sustainable performance.
After experiencing my own executive burnout, I couldn't find leadership development programs that offered the practical, systematic approaches I needed. So I applied business process reengineering principles to my own leadership, integrating them with mindfulness practices and habit formation science. The result was a personal transformation in both performance and well-being.
I then spent ten years developing and teaching these methods to nearly 1,000 leaders at Harvard Business School Executive Education, Harvard University, John Hancock Financial Services, Lawrence General Hospital, and other leading organizations, consistently earning 4.8 out of 5 ratings. Their results validated what I had experienced: systematic redesign of personal leadership systems eliminates the false choice between performance and well-being.
Today, I combine these proven sustainable leadership practices with my decades of strategic consulting experience to help leaders excel without sacrificing their well-being, relationships, values, or sense of purpose.
