Overview
Jeff Goding is a higher net impact leadership educator, coach, and advisor with a demonstrated history of helping accomplished leaders build the skills, habits, and management systems to grow themselves, their people, and their organizations even more effectively. He is particularly passionate about helping leaders and their teams create high-performance, high-trust, and low-drama cultures that deliver superior workplace results and experiences for all involved.
Bio
Jeff brings to this work more than thirty years of experience in corporate, executive education, and consulting roles working at the intersection of strategy, operations, organizational effectiveness, and leadership. Along the way, Jeff has had the privilege of working with thousands of leaders of a wide range of organizations, from start-ups to Global 100 corporations, small and large not-for-profits, public education institutions, and government agencies. This experience of working in and with so many organizations has given Jeff a keen understanding of the relentless pace and pressures leaders face. It has also afforded him the opportunity to recognize and leverage the patterns and related insights that emerge across the diverse organizations, leaders, and contexts.
Jeff’s past experience includes serving for many years as the CEO and a senior faculty member of the firm that originated the now mainstream concepts of business process redesign and business process management. He has also served as a senior member of leading consulting firms working with organizations seeking to successfully translate higher purpose into daily practices, and as a repeat lecturer in in-house leadership development programs and leading Executive Education programs in the United States and Europe. In addition, Jeff has years of corporate leadership experience in operations, product development, quality, and I/T at leading companies in a diverse set of industries including software, publishing, and apparel.
